My Story: The Journey Behind Black Rose Lotion
For years, I struggled with eczema — flare-ups that left my skin irritated, dry, and uncomfortable. Doctors prescribed steroid creams, and while they worked temporarily, I knew they weren’t a long-term solution. I wanted something gentler, something natural, something rooted in the Sunnah and the timeless remedies Allah has blessed us with.
That search led me to start experimenting in my own home. I began working with black seed oil (nigella sativa), praised by the Prophet ﷺ as a cure for every disease except death. I combined it with extra virgin olive oil, known in the Qur’an as a blessed oil, and powerful Manuka honey, a natural healer with antibacterial and soothing properties.
Through trial and error, adjusting ratios and textures, I created a lotion that finally brought my skin relief without side effects. What started as a personal solution became something greater — a way to share the same natural healing with others who want to care for their skin the way our faith and nature intended.
